Shipping policy

Shipping

Kiwi Keels ships to addresses within New Zealand, including outer islands. We do ship internationally, however international shipping rates apply.

For the deliveries of orders within North Island New Zealand we have the following flat rate shipping fees.

Standard	$9.50
Rural	$9.50

For the deliveries of orders within South Island New Zealand (excluding outer islands) we have the following flat rate shipping fees.

Standard	$12.50
Rural	$12.50

For bulky items additional fees may apply.

As some courier companies do not ship to PO Boxes we recommend you provide either a residential or commercial shipping address when placing online orders. Should we be unable to ship to a PO Box we will contact you for an alternative address.

Some products may be send to your local depo for pickup. This will be disclosed in the product description box and we will contact you if your order if affected. 

Shipping does not cover importing Taxes

Dispatch

Your order will be dispatched from Kiwi Keel's Warehouse to the delivery address you supply us. 

If you’re ordering more than 1 item and the combined weight (or size equivalent) is more than 25kgs we reserve the right to charge additional freight.

 

Damaged or Non-Delivered Articles

If your article is damaged upon arrival please notify us at kiwikeels.nz@gmail.com.

If your order has not arrived within 5 days of the dispatch date please notify us immediately at kiwikeels.nz@gmail.com. There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels with courier companies. Failure to notify us in the above time frames may result in no refund.
